Chargebacks & Disputes: Attempting to open a dispute, claim, or chargeback via PayPal, your bank, or any other payment processor will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our Minecraft server, Discord, and store. We reserve the right to report malicious chargebacks to fraud prevention databases.
3. Server Rules & Termination
Purchasing a rank or item does not grant you immunity from our server rules. If you violate server rules and are banned or muted, you will not receive a refund.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
TigerSMP is not responsible for items lost due to player error, in-game death, server resets, glitches, or clearings.
We reserve the right to shut down or reset the server at any time. In the event of a permanent closure, no refunds or compensations will be issued.
